My new deus lite arrived today

And I am very pleased with it.
On programme 2 GMP it’s not as deep as my Garret AT Max, but that is to be expected as the max has a nel hunter coil which is 12.5”x8.5” compared to the 9” hf coil on the deus.

But I have bought to complement the Garrett not to replace it should I ever get a permission, until then i just have organised digs to look forward to. I have also ordered some quest full earphones to use with the ws4 puck for when it’s colder from the mdf shop.

Looking forward to getting out with it at the weekend

I'm sure you'll be very pleased with the Deus. The obvious positive about it will be the weight - or indeed the lack of it! Good Luck with your Deus and with finding your first permission

Thanks, I have been watching Gary’s videos every evening on YouTube which are very helpful. Buy the time i can afford a remote I should be an expert.

I am on lite too and I feel no need to have a remote now. The preloaded programs are good enough and you may tweak them using the sw4/5
