Thanks for the reply Dave, the wire is tight, they’re new batteries, and I’ve checked the connection I’m not sure now, I’ll post a pic so you can see how I’ve wound the wire mate

Still use stock coil, so only other things I can suggest.
If you are on wet grass turn sensitivity down, have had to go from 2 off to 3 off max in this scenario.
Try turning machine off and on, try different mode, move away to a different part of field, could be Electric cables, fences.
All I can think of .
Good Luck
Dave.

Take stock coil with you next time, as backup . At least your day won't be ruined. I have tornado and have no issues (touch wood). Try it without the coil cover.

I experienced a similar situation with my ACE250.
I found it was it was due to a small piece of sand or similar stuck in the coil connector plug, which I cleared out with a needle.

I have a euro ace fitted with Nel tornado coil and had the same problem as you.
Managed to get the coil cover off and found a bit of damp gritty soil inside. Cleaned it out, dried it off and refitted the coil cover and the problem disappeared. (Quite difficult to remove the cover).
