Pairing issue with deus lite and second hand 11"coil

Hi Tutsi has probably been asked before, but I can't see it.

I just brought a second hand 11" coil, and can't get it to pair with my ws4's
They chap it sold it also had deus lite
He's not sure if it was version 4 opdated! Mines on 3.2

I have no access to control box and have no lap top or pc( only iPhone)

Any suggestions very welcome as I'm dying to try it.

Hi I think you will need a control box to pair the coil.

According to the instructions you can via and I have tried with ws4s

Don't need control box to pair coil with headphones, would need it for V4 update.
Sounds like they might be on different software version's, make sure you follow instructions in manual on pairing as you can't see all of serial number on headphones when entering it.

Just re tried but no joy. It must be on v4. And ideas how I can take it back to v3.2 with out laptop or control box!!

Have you any detecting shops near you that might do it for you or any detecting buddies willing to help.
Alternatively you could send it off to Regton's and get them to do it for you.

Hi I had it all updated to v4 and that worked.i hope it goes well as I know how frustrating it is

Sorry for late response! Updated all to v5.2 and added new X35. Surprised how easy it was -everything working fine !
