Deep iron tones

Hi everyone
Any help appreciated
I'm running my explorer 2 no discrimination in ferrous mode sens 32 auto listening for the higher tones but finding that deeper iron is giving a high tone. There is a lot of iron about and its red soil. When get iron dug out it then gives low tpne..such as im ignoring when detecting.

Just reject a little iron to reinforce the inbuilt iron rejection. After that if a target If a target doesn't show in the iron area of the screen take out the first spit and the target should get more irony. Non ferrous will stay good or get better. Apologies but it is so long that I have used the Explorer II that i can't actually remember where the bit to reject small iron is on the screen.
