First beach dig

Hi went out for an hour this morning low tide only found bullets and half a small bell shaped or a lid of something it has rim round the bottom edge not sure what metal it is. I have had it in white vinegar but it kept it's colour probably rubbish but ha ho only first time.

Bullets, as usual. Though I think most of us find the other end. The ‘bell’ shaped thing looks to have a hole in it, maybe for a screw. It could be half a door handle.
