Hi Junior.....mate i’m SO sorry for not replying ! For some reason I did not see you had followed up with another post.
Anyway, long & the short of it is.....well....um.....I could probably build an exact replica of a shipwreck with the scrap that came up, not a lot else really mate.
As you said mate, not a lot down there.....that’s been found yet ;)
Will be back there soon, give you an update if anything occurs ::g

I think beach detecting is great if you are local or if you are there anyway on holiday. But for me living atleast an hour and a half’s drive away from the coast it can work out quit expensive in fuel for the reality of finding enough change to buy a cup of coffee.
Not to say I have not enjoyed the sights, sounds and the smells of a morning at the seaside when I have gone.

But Despite all the organised inland digs I go to are of a similar distance away and then have the added expense of £15 entrance fee on top of the price of fuel, I enjoy them more due to the anticipation that I might find a small piece of history.

I'm going to Waxham next weekend with the family. Naturally i'll be on the beach with my Makro Racer 2 cleaning all the debris, rusty crap & ringpulls for the rest of the general public :D `

Let us know if you get anything mate, might bump into one another one time when we're down there.
