Remote clip loose ?

Hi,
has anyone had an issue with the remote clip/mount, on the top of the stem working loose?
It seems to be held on by two very small screws (one each side).
I am continually tightening these screws, but they always seem to be loose by the end of the day, with the remote rattling about.
Has anyone had this and worked out how to fix?

Some loctite thread lock might resolve the issue!- even if you buy a new clip it could well be worth applying some to it as it'll stop the screws working loose so the threads shouldn't wear over time as you keep tightening them up etc!. I'd go for the blue loctite rather than the red as the red can make too strong a bond and be a pain to undo when used on small screws- whereas the blue one (medium strength) will lock the thread sufficiently but won't be too difficult to undo when you need to!.
