profile update on location

Post by haggz »

just a thought. some people like to be secretive where they live me being one of them. i dont do social media and the likes cause my private life is that PRIVATE. i think all should update their profile on their location. this would make it so much easier for people to help if they know were your located. an example. i live in hertfordshire but have chosen to use my town which is stevenage. i have access to approx 2 acres of land which i have detected but would allow someone to have a play with their new detector before venturing out on their own.

I somewhat agree with your statement, I also am a very private guy with no facebook or friends (what a Larry Loner) [88/] but that is how I like it.

I also choose to advertise my location, because it is nice to chat on here openly with other MD in the area.

Added to that people start a thread but I have no idea what area there from or even talking about..

Each to our own but in my opinion location does help! [81/]

It is a good idea if you are looking for a buddy to detect with, but it is not mandatory though... [81/]
