What a day part 2 plus my hoard of silver roman

Post by Bencal »

Hi all
Went out at 12 ish for a couple of hours back on the same field as yesterday πŸ‘
Managed to bag another silver Roman sadly broken Trajan again πŸ‘
also a jetton I think and a George 111 sixpence
And a pic of the first hoard

Well done Bencal,
Do you know of anyone that would lend you a PI Machine. My Garrett ATX finds absolutely everything, but you dig a lot of iron and very deep holes [87/]

Everything comes to he that waits [81/]
Slow and steady
If it's not in range now the turn of the plough will do
If I find them all now what am I going to do in the autumn

Blooming heck, I lost my composure when I found just the one Roman silver. You must have been on cloud nine with that lot! [81/]
