Corwall Beaches

Am visiting TIntagel IN august for a week and fancied doing osome metal detecting n the nearby beaches. What is te law there, do I need to ask the council. DOes anyone have contact details ?
Otherwise ill only be searching for prawns and a decent wave.

The closest beach in that list to Tintagel is Widemouth and that is nearly 30 minutes away from Tintagel , then the closest are Treyarnon and Harlyn approximately 40 minutes away , I deliver parcels in and around Harlyn and Treyarnon and they are absolutely rammed right now @#p[

I'd buy a good push net and stick with the prawns [88/]

Fishing is good around Tintagel , but the North coast can be dangerous

thanks for the info, I have a pushnet so maybe focus on that.
hopeing for some crabs and lobster too
