First trip out

Post by Pike76 »

First outing today with new kit and a big smile.
Finally after a fair bit of research and lots of advice from on here (special thanks to @jamesey1981 ) I visited Hove beach on the South Coast.
The weather was atrocious and the tide was still on its way out but had an excellent time learning about my new detector and how to use it.
As far as finds go, something which resembles a zip from circa 2020, but I’ve got the bug and can’t wait to go out again 👍

I wimped out too today. [88/] The main beach at Brighton was usually my most productive one in your area, expecially after decent (aka attrocious) weather. Lots of competition though.
