Windy run

Post by stupot »

I've hit the beaches for the last four days straight, with a couple of fields thrown in to complete a good week.

Wind has been blowing off and on for the last several days, its blowing hard today too, so i'll be out early this week. Plenty of coins showed up as the scour was been quite good. In two trips, I didn't find a single silver coin- very unusual. This was made up with a heavy love knot bangle of 45g, almost never find something this big! a tiny silver ring on the surface, and a main piece if an ID bracelet, this is shown with two other pieces found there last year. Some is still missing but glad to find the heavy hallmarked bit. The coin is a Tetley Tea Dinosaur piece from the nineties. There a lot of big iron and plenty of small stuff too, strewn all over. Only a 6" can cope here, or its eyes only. Photos shows silver before and after cleaning. Ill add the other trips out in a day or two. Hope someone else has been out too!! Lets see some photos..
