Explorer se battery problem ?

Post by Dallas51 »

Good morning .once or twice on my last few outings the batteries on my m/c has suddenly drained .is this fault with the sealed batteries or could it be something else. I’ve had the m/c from new no other faults but the m/c is over10 years years old so that’s why I’m thinking batteries.many thanks in advance

Hello Dallas51, I've moved your question to the dedicated Minelab 'Explorer' forum here where you'll find a good deal of information abut the model. [81/] Good Luck - Regards ss47

When I had an SE I noticed after a year the charge wasn’t as good so ended up using rechargeable batteries in the dry cell adaptor, it was so much better and way cheaper than a new sealed one.
