So I was out metal detecting the other day and stumbled upon a bottle dump. There where all the usual bits and bobs mainly broken, but this caught my eye......
Its roughly 30cm's in height with the bottle mould mark running from top to bottom?
I'm stumped!
There's a very worn makers mark on the bottom, I can't read it unfortunately?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Help identifying a bottle.

The general shape is fairly common although that is a particularly nice design. I guess that it's a sauce or preserve bottle of some sort and would probably date to the late 19th or early 20thC.

The bulbs moulded into the neck on bottles like this are thought to have been pouring aids, to slow or control the flow of the contents - so probably something like olive oil.
