Another lovely day on the beach

Post by donfds »

A bright and early start - tides not big today but the times were OK and the weather was beautiful. Slapped on the sun tan lotion - got the home made harness fixed up ready for a trial run and off I went. Some 6 hours later - 3 silver rings, all marked 925, £11.55 coins, 2 keys, dog tag, big smiley badge (made me smile when I dug it out !!!!). A couple of other bits and pieces and only about 25 ring pulls.
Pleased with the harness, but Mk2 will improve it, hopefully for next week.

Wow that's impressive. My ratio is about 50 ringpulls to every coin. :-)
