Deteknix W3 headphones problem

Hi new to the group so not sure how everything works
Just wondering if anyone can help just aquired the Deteknix W3 headphones not new came with detector when I plug in the transmitter for charging the red light never goes out have tried pairing it up with the headphones and detector nothing , any help would be appreciated thanks

Try re-pairing the headphones and transmitter, place them close together on a table
press the button on the headphones for one second, you should see a steady light on
the transmitter= paired. If you need the user manual it can be downloaded.
