Flint tool?

Hi, I spotted this while detecting and wanted to ask if it has been worked? My limited knowledge says it has and it feels very much like a tool in the hand but I’d appreciate an expert opinion. Thanks for looking [81/]

It looks worked to me, likely to be a scraper. [81/]
