Hi All,
Sounds like we could do with someone organizing a meeting for our area :-/ :-/ i tried to join a group in the Peak District but they are full, i do enjoy detecting on my own but it would be nice to be able to interact with fellow detectorists (FACE TO FACE <:-P =)) <:-P ) no offence to everyone on the forum, i appreciate every bit of information on finds you share :D

If anyone wants to become team leader please PM me on any ideas / dates / locations for a meet,
Many Thanks
Dave.

Sounds like there are enough of you all to form some sort of club? Even 5 or 6 people can be enough of a group to get themselves organised and help each other on days out and friendly meetings. Plenty of members on here have created clubs and not looked back. All big clubs started out small and very often its the smaller clubs that are the happiest OooO
So good luck to you all, no matter what you do, but you all seem to be a pretty cheerful and enthusiastic lot and thats all you really need at the start ::g

it could be a great idea, maybe a meet and greet somewhere we can all manage to get to.

Any club secretary/leaders got any hints and tips about starting a new club up, would be a great help.

With the sad passing of Abbey from PMDC (R.I.P. pal hope you're still swinging away somewhere), and not much info about the club continuing after the charity dig later this month, we could look at a phoenix rising from the ashes situation.

open to ideas guys and gals.
Happy hunting y'all.
