Hi all, Dug this up yesterday from the old tip i've found, just wandered if anyone knows more about it or what it contained, on the shoulder of the Bottle it says FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE USE OF THIS BOTTLE must of been something deadly, & does it mean I cannot sell it on eBay ( lol) Anyone want to come on a bottle dig in the Coventry Area old 1920/1940 tip just pm me. Hi, that’s strange, I've only heard of “Federal Law” as an Americanism?
Plenty of scary chemicals that it could have held ? :-O

This embossing was legally required on all liquor bottles sold in the U.S. between 1935 and 1964. :D :D

Thanks for all the replies, I guessed it was possibly USA & it looks like a liquer Bottle, but the words not to be used or re sold is unusual, still its back in the cardboard box for now, back soon with some more, JEFFGEE.
