i wish it were £1 coins

every where i go with the etrac it locks on to the 5 pences , after another 13 on brean my 5p pot was full so i counted them £15 thats from mid september 2011 and i dont get out every week , its going to take ages putting them in the vending machine .

Haha yes I get loads of them too,I guess it's that they're light enough to not sink down too far...and they're easily lost in the first place.
They'll all be steel soon anyway :( :(

Our local tesco has a change convertor machine, chuck it all in there!

we bung ALL our beach grots into a change machine,not had a single coin rejected as yet :) would love to see the face on whoever empties those things,some of the coins we've fed in there are terrible.

The machine in our local Tesco take 12%. Worth it though as banks are getting a bit sniffy now

Can't ignore the 5p's cracking singal and very close to 9ct Gold ! I have a similar collection.

yea , they mostly hit 12-9 for me , but the ones that hit 12-10 sharpen up my sense's because that was my first gold ring , i dig nearly all signals now because the numbers cant id all the deeper targets
