DEUS question

Hi all i went out with my friend the other day who owns a desus and he has just got the new bigger coil for it. I was wondering if i put a straight shaft on his other coil and pair the headphones with it, would we be able to detect together with him using the control box and me the headphones.? would the control box override the headphones if they were close?

Yes, they can be used separately provided they are paired accordingly. They will not get 'over ridden' when in close proximity. A good way to make two out of one!!!

wow thats what i wanted to hear , i go out all the time with him and he said i can use the stock coil with the headphones as he never use`s them as long as they work and dont interfere with his control box.

Thats realy good so for the price of another coil you can basically have two deus as long as you have spare shaft u can use with it.
I finally get to use a Deus and see what all the fuss is about lol but i got to learn to use the headphones, i can handle that i dont do numbers and use a pre digital detector with single tone.

cant wait to go out again now!!!

If you are using the phones he will need to place the control in a pocket near his ear and plug a pair of wired headphones into it bu rest assured it does work was suggested to me by Nigel at Regtons so am now gonna buy a Deus handle section and pair the stock coil to headphones for Grandson. This will only be when I am not using the stock coil of course.

My large coil is not a replacement it is an alternative coil.
