first time out at blackpool beach with my c scope 4pi

Went out to Blackpool beach today for a few hours with my new C Scope 4pi and it was working really well i was very happy with it, only down side you have to dig dig dig!!!! with this machine. But i Dont mind that, Would be nice to use it on a clean beach tho.

I could tell after a wile if i was over a coin or some iron!!! The iron would be a much longer lasting sound even the small stuff. but with a coin or even a gold ring i did a test on is just a very short sharp fast tone.

Kev.

Hi Kev, you seem to have got off to a good start. Maybe you have not found a fortune but when you are digging up even 1p's then you know that you are doing something right.

I use a Whites PI machine on the beach and really enjoy it, even if I am digging up loads of scrap :D

I love detecting the beach even when im not finding, its just good fun.
I went to my local beach today with my lad, its only 5 mins away for an hour this aft. We found a 2p piece, a tent pag and a battery but we had a good laugh and thats the main thing!

Nice start Kev; the CS4PI can sure pick up the smallest of things at depth.

i detect around south pier, theres massive amounts of iron around there. if i was usin pi i,d go for in between the piers away from them. theres so much iron immeditely around and under south pier you struggle even with vlf so pulse would be v difficult. good luck.
