sort of reminds me of a thing that is banned now, had something to with tieing bulls or cows up to a pole and the larger loop slides up and down the pole as the cow stands or sits

Hmmmm, i have seen something similar to this in one of my old detectings mags..(detectorists porn)
But, i have over 200 of them so may take me a while to pin it down.....

I looked through 10000's of pictures and the closest thing I can find is this, might be a long shot but maybe not..
