Looks like it could be the end of a pickle fork or something like that maybe.

Seen some similar although not as old as that.

Was this from the site you were telling me about last year (or year before lol)
Whatever.. very interesting and unusual find (for which I have not a clue !)
If the BM cant ID it then is it the silverwork that leads them to believe its 1500-1600 ?
Or something else ?
Hope you get a definitive ID but may forever remain a mystery mate !
