Somewhat later than Victorian, I'm afraid - in fact, it looks rather too late. At least 1930s, possibly 1940s, as characterised by the largely colourless (as opposed to aqua) glass, the fully machine made bottles (as opposed to BIMAL - Blown In Mold, Applied Lip), and the external screw threads.

But don't lose heart - there may be earlier stuff there - if it's a small e.g. household, or small village dump, try looking around for the earliest part, or just dig deeper. But if it's a larger e.g. town dump, forget it - it'll be huge, and would've been filled in a fairly short space of time due to the mass production techniques at the time.

But again, you might be lucky enough to find old throwouts in a comparatively modern tip, also later ('30s) tips can produce good poisons, flagons, and enamel signs.

Good luck with it ::g
