North Wales beaches on a warm day.

Post by wozelbeak »

I had a wonderful day out and caught a bit of sun. I will say that its hard going on the North Wales resort beaches. Don't go there expecting to come out with a pocket full of jewelry and coins because it won't happen. Go there for the love of detecting and to get some fresh air and exercise, anything else is a bonus.
i blogged my day with a lot of photos.

Spot on there Woz. Take care in the sun though; always use sunblock and try and wear a hat or cap. We recently lost an old friend to skin cancer.

Hi Woz, I live in Prestatyn and Barkby beach is very chattery for some reason, not found much there at all. Try the beach at Rhyl next time. Or if you head for Conwy Marina and try the beach near there.
