Non Crown Beaches

I have a Crown Estate Licence, but what about the other beaches, such as my local one Morecambe Bay, do I need a Licence/Permit for this?. It's owned by the Duchy of Lancaster I think!! :-/

If he is the owner you need to ask him if you can detect same as any land. ::g
