Good few hours at the beach

Post by slowsweep »

went to the beach this morning armed with my etrac and "NEW" 13" Ultimate coil and CP3 TTs, this was my 1st outing with the coil and cans, i had heard good things about them so was eager to get going, anyway ill cut to the chase, on my second target on the wet (1st 1 was dross) it was showing 12-05 at 6-7", "ring pull" im thinking but scooped it anyway and out popped a lovely little 9k 0.90g gold wishbone ring ::g <:-P :D
2 mins on the beach and i have gold lol i thought this cant get any better and i was right lol only managed £1.12 and a 1971 half pence + the usual dross for the next 2 hours but cant complain =))
i know my 11" pro coil would have got this but this has boosted my confidence in my new coil ::g :D

thanks Geoff, youre a star ::g
