Beach guide

Post by Brendan McEvoy »

Hi all,
Does anyone have a copy of "beach guide" there may be a copy on here although I can't find one. I found it on Detecting Shropshire. Unfortunately I have been banned from the forum as I haven't posted in the last two months. As a newbie I have little to contribute at the moment as I haven't been able to gain any permissions and have only made the trip to the coast a couple of times. It's a long way from Staffordshire.

Hi matey. Keep trying for these permissions they will come. I have a friend that I started detecting with we both started with ACE250 and moved up to etrac. He has, as yet, not approached any landowners for permission to detect but has relied on me. He has now reached a point where he hardly goes out detecting. This guy has wasted a lot of money to put all his gear together and now it just sits in a cupboard. Try not to get into this situation. Put something on the forum to see if you can find a detecting buddy might help you. Cheers.

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I have found a copy of it but thanks to all that took the time to read the post anyway.
I will persevere with the permissions I'm sure they will come.
