This is my metal detector
There are many like it, but this one is MINE.
My metal detector is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life.
My metal detector without me is useless. Without my metal detector, I am useless....

Seems fun and will keep many of us out of mischief for a while.

The controller seems to be a must for Gold Hunting as the numeric readings are a yes or no. 8-|

5 tones are interesting as are full tones.Jerry.

They seem to think everyones deaf. Unless its just mine, whenever I turn on the headphones they default to volume 5. I usually have it no louder than 2. Just a minor annoyance.

Yep - update done - pretty straight forward instructions.
I see we now have a 'Gold Field' option (must be targetted for the Oz and US market methinks). I had hoped there would be 'empty' ones in which to save our own settings (rather than overwrite a preset option .. so someone was not listening... or I'm not looking hard enuf).
I'm not sure what else has changed so just gonna have a look see.....
Cheers !

If you click on save and it starts at program 11 thats for your own personal program presets to add I think.
The preprogrammed 1-10 should still be there?
Never give up on ANY field..they really don't make them anymore….
