ingoldmels permidsion

Hi. Has anyone detected on the beach at Ingoldmels.
If so, who do I need to contact for permission ?.
I have a Crown foreshore permit but don't think it covers it.
I will be going at beginning of october.

lol my local council wont take back handers , believe me ive tried lol
id happily slap them sometimes though
