Sidmouth, Ladram?

Post by Pav »

2 days. Expecting some time off at some stage.
Staying at Ladram, hoping to detect in the bay, but its stones from what I remember from fishing it years ago.

Any info for a quick visit? .. Thank you.

Hard work! , but enjoyable.
Clear night. Low tide 11.30. Stars were so clear.

Even the sand patches are on top of stones. Hard to dig so slowed me down. Picked up £6 in coins but nothing more than ring pulls. I think a modified sand scoop for hard packed stones is needed! A crowbar may have helped. Must be treasures locked down!
