Help
I am a newborn metal detector and doing my homework to find the best detector for the wet sand. I was settled on the vikin 30 with beach mode and due to me having a budget of £200 but have just read a post where a guy has just tried his on sand and it was dreadful so any help would be appreciated. I live on the coast and most of my time will be on the beach so this is important that I can do my stuff on wet sand thanks

Everyone says no discrimination okay there's no dial to tweak but with use you will know what to dig your ears are amazing things and you will hear the subtle changes in tones go for a pulse machine every time for permanent beach use you cant beat the depth they win hands down and why worry about digging its sand cant be any easier its not as if your breaking through tough turf and solid clay every PING could be a RING that's the excitement good luck
