Musket Ball? From the estuary?

Musket Ball? From the estuary?

Grabbed 50mins before dark last night in the wind and rain. Few finds, a 10p that looks like it has been shot. Also a cartridge that is a different size to other I have found, I think it says 28? £1 only for scale!

The round item could be a fishing weight, but this seems different to others that I have found. No moulding line and no evidence of an eye for fishing line. It also looks like it has an impact mark on it.

Could it be a musket ball? How do I tell for sure?
