HI CLICK ON THE SECTION YOU WANT TO POST IT ON FROM THE SELECTION ON THE LEFT HAND OF THE PAGE . E.G GENERAL CHAT ,NEWS ETC AND CLICK ON THE BOX AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE THAT SAYS NEW TOPIC ::g
