HELP !!!!

My good lady has her new deus , its all charged....BUT it says no coil on the control box .....We've followed the instructions to the letter....nothing.. coil flashes every 4 seconds .
The coil is a 11 inch.
Any help MUCHLY appreciated

Make sure the serial number is correct ,try to delete coil and reload

No probs if you notice that the battery for the coil goes down very quickly ,then reload v3.2 from your PC ,as there was a hitch with 11" coil which is fixed now with a software update ,depends on how old your machine is cheers mark happy searching

Mines only a few months old with 9" coil and I had issues with the coil not showing a full charge .. I reinstalled version 3.2 and it sorted it out

Its a brand new machine , wife wanted the deus for its lightness , I bought a brand new ctx 3030 . taking them out tomorrow for the first time
