Thanks John, its a problem for many Deus users and I have got used to my own way of detaching the control box. Many will have the box in their pocket during detecting, preferring to just use the tones but its hard to ignore the readings! Liam

Thank you Guys.. I still long after two years, look at the reading to learn. Not always in same program and always in 4 tones.. So it is all in the habbit if you have it visible or not.. Fear the deep tracks and water/mud, so decided to add the lanyard..
