Camber Sands

Post by Pomz »

Took a trip along to Camber Sands only stayed a couple of hours as parking is £5 for 3 hours.
Was wondering if any one knows of some nearby free parking.
Also noticed tractor tyre marks in the sand and with few finds do thay drag a giant magnet across the sand to aid cleaning the beach and taking the lost coins with it.
Found £4.22 and a few bottle tops and 2 BBQ s.
Dint make my parking back but did enjoy a sandy beach for a change.

I seem to remember some free parking down by the kite surfing centre, search for them and it's next to their hut and a decent searching spot too eh.

Just opposite car park near pontins iss a housing estate, you can park round there, they only brush the beach, and rake it, so it does not affect it to muuch,
