UPDATE ON - Help Deus headphones not working since update

I updated my Deus to V3.2 at last and now the headphones will not work. I have updated it 3 times and still nothing, so I put it back to V2 and again no sound. The control,coil and headphones are all recognising each other as it shows on the displays.

I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem and knows a fix, before I contact Detecknics?

Did you download the Latest software from XP or did you run it from an existing shortcut on your desktop ? Try to delete the shortcut if this is the case and download a fresh version of 3.2 and try again. Are all of the coils headsets fully charged ?

Yes I tried that deleted it from my desktop and downloaded it all again and yes I had charged everything fully. I even put it back to V.2 but nothing.
I was fine until I decided to update it. Maybe its a coincidence that they just broken when I updated them , oooh I am very unhappy !

Used the update cable and not the tri-jack one?

Yes I did use the proper cable and I tried it in a different laptop port thinking a port problem. So annoying when this happens

Did you have the headphones switched on and close by when you updated..

If not I think all you need to do is pair the headphones up to the coil manually

I emailed Detecnicks last night and had a reply , slide the remote off and clean the contacts or if this does not work it could be a broken cable £21.99.

Well I did try the first one and yippee they work So every Deus owner if this happens to you try this.
