Post by Tomo »

A bits and pieces from Sat and last night's session. Nothing great, pre decimals, millions of sinkers, a tiny porcelain doll and a gold plated livery button

Looks like the stuff I,ve been getting for the last few weeks, ::g as you know anyone of them could have been a goodie :D finally got the wheat in on the north yorks coast so a bit of stubble bashing is in order but will still need to get on the beach now and again to search for the elusive one that makes you smile. =P~

Back in time some doctor would carry a small doll that a child could point to the place they had pain.I have seen these porcelain dolls for sale on some sites were use a lot in the USA in Victorian times.
