deus in fresh water

Has any1 tried using the deus in shallow water ? I'm thinking on buying the antenna for the deus. Would like to know if Any one here has tried it and how did the deus perform

Many youtubes around "DIY" antenna to Xp Deus.. Should be easy work.. Never tryed to do water search myself
