Hi looking for a detecting Buddy in and around the Caernarfon /Llyn Peninsula area...I'm pretty new to the hobby approx 6 months and have been using a Whites prizm and recently an Etrac .So any fellow detectorists in the area please get in touch ...Thanks

Hi have you done much detecting ? I've only done a few beach trips on the Llyn....Aberech.. Trevor etc only been detecting a few months . lived here about 15 months near Trevor from Cheshire originally ...got a beat up ford focus and a detector and a spade ha ha

yeah I go quite often. Did a lot in the late nineties, had a huge break and started again about 2 years ago. Never had a up market detector but Ive found tons of nice things. Never detected up near trevor, have any nice permission up there or do you just mostly do coastal? Im thinking of going somewhere on sunday, might be able to meet up if you are available?

Thanks ....as you can no doubt tell I'm new to internet and technology but I will get there eventually its just all Double Dutch at the moment

yes just a few beach trips round Trevor and Abererch but think sand was to deep and was just learning machine (still am) ...Sunday sounds good I will leave were up to you as you know the area better
