few bits from sunday

thimble is stratnoid England 2 old pennys 1 sixpence
brass round thing looks like it held something inside has clips to clamp it in like pic
the square thing I haven't a clue has a solid brass square plate in the middle looks like a frame
other item has me stumped is it rubbish or was it something to do with first aid ?
had a few modern not loads total was about 50p
and plenty of general rubbish we all get
