DEUS coil issues?

DEUS coil issues?

All, advice needed. I'm new to the DEUS but find the larger coil noiser than the small cool... It' spits or false bleeps most swings where as the small cool is mostly quiet until a signal. Tried on same field so not down to varying grounds...

Any thoughts? It's bearable but frustrating...

I generally flick between GMP and DEUS fast.

Yup mine was the same .. Got rid for the 11" and it's so much more stable .. It's more like a big version of the 9" ::g

Might be worth taking off the cover and cleaning the coil if you haven't cleaned it for a while

What GB setting are you using?
Does reducing sensitivity make a differnce?

Thanks chaps. I've never changed the sensitivity or ground balance...

Assume coil not faulty?

I run mine on sensitivity 86 noproblem on targets
