Best bit from sun teatime

Had a couple of hrs Sun teatime on my fav eastcoast beach and for once found a bit where there wasn,t 4ft of sand, had a few pre dec, cufflink and this little coin from the netherlands 1764

Good going mate, east coast has been a right off for a while now, tried cleethorpes, brid and Filey to no avail

Nice going SS I have a small collection of those duits, not finds though. I am the same as Andy tried a few East Coast places over the last week and very poor finds.

Hi Andy I was at Cleethorpes Monday evening and came away with about 40p in shrapnel similar story on Mablethorpe beach at the weekend, the stripped off beaches of a few years ago are a long and distant memory now. :(

That's a cracking example. I found one exactly the same ( but well worn) from our field here in NE Scotland . HH
