beach wet and dry
beach wet and dry
hi all i have been on beach detecting a few times but keep forgeting that the deus has 2 beach settings i havnt yet used them i just keep it on full tones and find coins ans bits .is it better to use the beach setting ? colin

I'm off on my hols soon to Northumberland and I'm thinking of hitting the beach with my Deus. I haven't used her on the beach before. Just bumping this thread to ask for any tips or advice. I heard somewhere that the Deus struggles on the beach? Any info very welcome

Thanks for the link Ferret. Looks like the Deus can hold its own. 
I'm not going for a few weeks but when I do I will make one of my Deus Digger Diaries and let you know how I get on.

Hi each time.on beach I've,found money and silver using Gary full tones which I use all the time on land. I've not tried.wet sand yet as I've never managed to get,that far down beach but so far I've found deus to b great for beach so far. Just looking to hear from people who have tried deus beach modes. But I suspect that wet beach mode would b good.on water line colin
