New Remote Control Box

I have a DEUS Lite with WS5 headphones, and I have just purchased the remote control, I was looking through the manual to see how I set my Deus up to us the remote with my WS5's. Do I need to pair the remote with my current coil the same as the WS5's?

Yes you will need to pair it to the coil

I too started with the lite but then just had to have the control box
