How to avoid Over head power line interference.

Post by Me and my boy »

Hi all,
I use a deus lite with ws4's so no control box.
At the moment in detecting right next to the high speed link line and when a train is a minute or two away and when it's gone for a couple of minutes I get awful feedback on my headphones. Is there anyway to get over this. I'm currently using frequency 17 as 11 causes the same problem when I turn the Garrett pro pointer on. Is there anything I can do as it's a constant noise that makes me miss the deep quite signals as they get masked.
Many thanks in advance

Pretty sure there isn't.

Unlike overhead power lines. Those train ones are quite close to the ground.

The one I was near only affect about 50 metres. Just detected between train that edge of the field.
