New XP Deus and MI-6 user...

Post by roddenby51 »

Thanks to everyone that contributes to XP knowledge base, your reviews, tips, videos, were instrumental in my decision to purchase: XP Deus with WS4 Wireless Headphone + Remote + 11" Coil + MI-6 pin-pointer. Ordered at the same time, The Deus Handbook by Andy Sabisch... hope to detect wirelessly 8 August. (Scheduled delivery date)

Honestly, light weight and wireless headphone first caught my attention. Then, with MI-6 operating through remote, with sound through wireless headphones, this was a complete package for me. Now, hunting in brushy areas without snagging headphone cord, will greatly increase my enjoyment. (If only XP could do something about mosquitoes and Florida heat/humidity.)

Great choice and welcome to the club, the only thing i can see missing is the 9" inch High frequency coil which really transforms the Deus HH.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome to Deus club... detector arrived this morning. All batteries now charged, MI-6 paired, everything works as expected. I'm using program 1, sensitivity @ 90, and loving this cutting edge detector.

Turning on MI-6 turns off coil, and pinpointer sound comes through headset. Turning off remote and coil continues to work through headset... of course this is old news to experienced Deus users, but all new to me. HH and good luck!
