Buddy needed Cardiff

Hi

Total newcomer to detecting here, just bought a Garret 250 and now need something to point it on.

Anybody in Cardiff or surrounding area who wouldn't mind me tagging along please, I'm 53 easy going, sense of humour, married with kids etc.. have an opinion on everything but I am not over bearing, happy to keep my mouth shut and learn from anybody who's kind enough to take the time to show me tips and tricks etc

I have a car so am happy to drive - I can't wait to get my first dig.

In the meantime, while I wait for someone to take pity on me, I will work on my gold dance lol

You could always try celticsearchers ... they are all very friendly, but when you apply to join you must enter your real name, or they wont have you as a member. Their digs are £7 and generally in the vale.
